Kelly came to us direct from a national tract homebuilder with four
years of experience. She is working in our production department
preparing and ordering the homes for installation. Kelly handles a
high volume of work with the highest of spirits and positive
attitude. She is a great addition to the C.F.S.I. family and plays
an important role on our team.
Christina works in the accounting department and has nine years
bookkeeping experience. She handles all our billing, accounts
receivable, accounts payable and subcontractor payroll. Being as
multi-tasked as she is, we know Christina will be a valuable asset
as we continue to grow.
Karen has a total of nine years experience in the flooring
industry. From installation to customer service. She is working in
our service department and plays a key role in our effort to
continually strive to be the best in our industry.
Susan- has been in customer service in the capacity of loan
management and administrative management for 14 years. She has
extensive background in purchasing, AP/AR and construction since
1980, she is a valuable and proud addition to the C.F.Steam
Rob
comes to us with a great personality and outstanding people skills,
which allows him to easily communicate with our builders and warranty
managers. He is new to our service department, but has many years of
customer service experience
Bryan has over 12 years experience in warehouse management,
shipping receiving and inventory control. He also has great detail
for customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Bryan
frequently helps with field inspections. Bryan maintains all return
materials for future repairs and records. He maintains all tile
purchased by our homeowners. In addition he makes sure the right
materials gets shipped to all our installations
Dean has joined the C.F.S.I. sales team to focus on residential
builder accounts. He has eight years experience of progressive and
extensive flooring experience, servicing residential and commercial
contractors. As a salesperson, his focus always has been to provide
a level of service that exceeds the expectations of C.F.S.I.
Nate came from the air conditioning industry in
the new construction market. His recent tenure was with a national
homebuilder as warranty field manager. He is highly experienced
working with homeowners and numerous subcontractors. This makes Nate
a natural as field supervisor and inspector working with our
builders, homeowners and our installers.
