 Since 1977, with 23 years experience,
Nancy has been working in the commercial and residential contract
flooring industry with a brief interlude where she worked at the
manufacturing level.
She began her career as an installer, moved into customer service
followed by sales and management.
Nancy eventually progressed to become a successful owner of 2 flooring
companies servicing single family & multi-family builders in 4
states (Texas, Georgia, North Carolina and Florida). |

Twenty-nine years experience as owner
of three floor covering businesses that serviced numerous homebuilders, retail,
and HUD contracts. Eddie is the

“Select-A-Floor” -- a sales tool for flooring options |
All three
programs were designed for floor covering dealers in the contract market across
the United States and Canada; Eddie has a keen ability to offer a seamless
turnkey operation for the builder market.

 Kim is our liaison between our sales staff, builder, &
homeowner.
She has nearly 10 years experience in customer service, scheduling &
warranty issues related to the floor covering industry.
Kim has an extensive background in purchasing, production, scheduling,
service and take-offs. |

 Our jack-of-all-trades, Jelle
maintains all the inventory including receiving and shipping.
He also schedules our installers and spot checks every installation and
even performing the finishing touches when needed.
When it comes to customer service, you can rest assure, Jelle, will get
the job done right. |

Mike comes to us with thirty four (34)
years of flooring experience. With extensive knowledge of
installations, contract sales and retail management. As a
previous business owner, Mike knows the importance of quality
installation and good customer service, as well as field knowledge.

Stephanie came
to CFSI with over twenty (20) years in the distribution side of the
industry with various positions; operations manager, brand manager and
as office manager. Her attention to detail, friendly personality, plus
her flooring experience makes her a natural with all of our customers,
no matter what problems may arise. |

Mike- Joining us with nine years experience in the flooring
industry beginning in installation for two years, moved up to
warehouse manager, soon after, became installation manager and later
as operations manager. Mike joined CFSI as a field supervisor and
is now proud to be part of our Elite sales team, working with
builders.
